First of all, a warm hug to you, I know exactly how you feel. I can tell from your words that you probably feel unhappy because you think too much.

But many times, we realize that those miscellaneous thoughts don't really change anything, but are instead a waste of effort. These useless thoughts not only consume energy, but also delay us from accomplishing the right thing.

In life, of course we have to do what we need to do, but we can also find something we like.
