Sometimes we always think of emotions as the enemy, but they are actually quite normal and there is no right or wrong.
And, we have a habit of repressing or denying our emotions, and as a result, we let it get worse and worse.
The right way to deal with it is like treating water, you can't block it hard, you have to channel it and let the emotions flow naturally.

It is recommended that you find a trusted friend, talk freely and release your emotions. When you've dealt with it, you'll find that you've finally harmonized and regained peace within.
